Rosefinch Health is closing, and our final day of patient appointments will be Monday, December 7, 2026. My family is relocating to Seattle.
Thank you for entrusting me with your care. It has been a privilege to work with you. Although I’m sad to end our work together, many capable providers in Portland are available to support you.
Continuity of care. Continue following your doctor’s or fertility clinic’s care plan. Our closure does not change their prescribed treatments or medications; they remain your primary point of contact for your medical care.

After receiving your signed release form, we will send electronic records to you or your chosen provider. We fulfill requests within 14 days.
Appointments and transition support. Appointments will continue through December 7, 2026. If you take herbs, we can prepare a three-month herbal plan to support your transition. Please reach out with any questions.
