Acupuncture for cancer

We provide cancer support from diagnosis and throughout survivorship.

We use integrative health approaches to support you from the moment you are diagnosed, through surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and help you thrive in survivorship. As part of her work at UCSF, Dr. Lee supported people with cancer at all stages of survivorship and in a variety of settings including preparing for surgery, after surgery while in hospital, during chemotherapy or radiation treatments, during maintenance, and after treatment.

As a member of your cancer care team, she provided acupuncture and East Asian Medicine care to people experiencing:

  1. chemotherapy-induced nausea/vomiting;

  2. chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy;

  3. chemotherapy-induced fatigue;

  4. aromatase-inhibitor induced joint pain, hot flashes, insomnia, and night sweats; and

  5. cancer-related or treatment-related pain.

  6. treatment-related insomnia
